The purpose of this study is to identify the trajectories of depressive symptoms among multicultural family adolescents in Korea and to identify the factors that predict these trajectories. In order to achieve this purpose, this study analyzed longitudinal data(2012-2016) of Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study(MAPS). The final number of participants in the study was 1,278. The main findings are as follows. On the average, the depression trajectories increased linearly with time. And the depression trajectories were related to gender, acculturative stress, self-esteem, Korean language ability, family support, and peer support. Based on these results, this study discussed the policy and practical interventions and implications to reduce the level of depression among multicultural family adolescents.
